The Douglas Fir is known as "the traditional" tree. It is also the most affordable for your customer. It's bushy appearance is similar to a Grand Fir and it dons 1" to 1-1/2" needles.
The Douglas Fir has good fragrance and it's color holds blue to dark green. The needles, when crushed, have one of the best aromas among Christmas trees. They were named after David Douglas who studied the tree in the 1800's. The Douglas Fir has a good, conical shape and can live for a thousand years.
